Two teenage boys in Blackburn, England have been seriously harassing their neighbours. Now they've been caught and they're saying that a witch cast a spell on them, in order to make them do the things they did.
The so called witch. I don't know about you guys but I think this girl has serious problems, has seen too many tv-series and that she has parents who don't care at all.
